Your videos and your activity stay yours.

1. Scope

This policy applies to the KinePair app for iOS and iPadOS (“the App”). When you visit this website, Cloudflare may temporarily process standard access information needed to deliver it. The website is separate from the App’s video-comparison features.

2. Data collected by the developer

The App does not send or collect personal data for the developer. It includes no advertising, third-party analytics, crash analytics, or user-tracking SDKs.

3. Videos and photos

Videos you select are processed on your device for comparison, playback, history, and export. Copies used for comparison history stay in the App’s storage and are not uploaded to a developer server. If you choose to share an export, the destination handles it under its own policies.

4. Information stored on your device

The App stores settings, onboarding state, free-trial usage, comparison history, and state needed to verify purchase access locally. This information is used to provide the App and is not sent to the developer. Deleting the App removes most local data, while purchase records managed by Apple may remain.

5. Permissions

Photo library

The App uses Apple’s system photo picker to let you select videos. It asks for permission to add to Photos only when you save an exported image or video.

Device storage

Storage is used for comparison history and export files, and available space is checked before processing.

6. In-app purchases

KinePair PRO purchases and restoration use Apple StoreKit. Apple processes payment details; the developer does not receive card numbers or similar payment information. The App checks purchase status supplied by Apple on the device to unlock features.

7. Children’s privacy

The App does not collect personal data from users of any age. Parents, guardians, and coaches should ensure that recorded content and sharing destinations are appropriate.

8. Deleting data

You can delete comparison-history items in the App. Deleting the App removes history and settings stored in its local container. See your Apple Account purchase history for records managed by Apple.

9. Security

The App minimizes data movement by not sending videos to an external server. Protect your device with a passcode or biometric authentication and keep the operating system current.

10. Changes to this policy

This policy may change when features or laws change. Material updates will be announced on this page or in the App.
