Keep comparing when something gets in the way.
Quick guides, answers, and checks for the most common KinePair questions.
Try these first
- Update KinePair from the App Store
- Quit and reopen the app
- Check device storage and Photos access
Quick start
- Choose two videos on the Home screen
- Move each to the same meaningful moment
- Set both reference points and compare
- Switch between side-by-side, stacked, and overlay views
Can’t select a video
Confirm that the video is available in Photos and can be selected by KinePair. Unsupported formats and videos not yet downloaded from iCloud may not open.
Can’t save an export
Open Settings → KinePair → Photos and allow adding photos. Exports also need free device storage. For long videos, select a shorter range and try again.
Sync looks wrong
Use equivalent moments for both reference points, such as impact or foot strike. Use frame stepping and reference-point fine adjustment in the comparison screen.
Restore KinePair PRO
Choose Restore Purchase in Settings or on the purchase screen with the same Apple Account used to buy KinePair PRO. PRO is a one-time purchase, not a subscription.
How videos are handled
Your selected videos are processed on device and are not uploaded. Copies used for history remain in the app. Read the Privacy Policy for details.
